PowerPlay Club is a sports slot booking platform operating in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India. We provide online booking services for sports grounds including Pickleball, Cricket, and other sports venues.

• All bookings are subject to slot availability at the time of payment.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Pre-booking: Pay ₹500 to reserve your slot. Remaining balance must be paid at the ground before playing.
• Full payment: Pay the complete amount online. No dues at the ground.
• Booking confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Please ensure you are available on the booked date and time before completing your payment.

• You must provide accurate name and phone number during booking.
• You must arrive on time. Late arrivals will not receive a time extension.
• You must follow all ground rules and safety guidelines at the venue.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to ground equipment during your session.
• Misconduct may result in removal without refund.

PowerPlay Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booked slot in exceptional circumstances (natural disasters, venue emergencies). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

If you have made a pre-booking (₹500), the remaining balance must be paid at the ground before your session begins. Failure to pay will result in denial of access without any refund of the pre-booking amount.

PowerPlay Club is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs at the venue. Players participate at their own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh.
