✅ If PowerPlay Club cancels or is unable to provide a booked slot due to circumstances beyond your control (natural disasters, venue emergencies, or errors on our end), a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If not received, contact us with your payment reference ID.
In the rare event of a double charge for the same booking, contact us immediately with both payment IDs. We will verify and refund the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.
If you have made a pre-booking (₹500 deposit), the remaining balance must be paid at the ground before your session. Not showing up or failing to pay the balance does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit.
